What We Are Doing
At Carpet Steamer 911 we have made significant updates in our cleaning operations and strategies.
Here are just a few things we are doing:
Washing hands multiple times daily
Utilizing disposable gloves
Using hand sanitizer after each job
Cleaning equipment between each job
Maintaining social distance of 6 feet
We no longer require customer signatures at checkout. Email & text invoicing is utilized
Taking multiple immune system support supplements daily
Checking our temperature before each job
Continual employee training and education
Recommendations From The CDC
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have given us direction on how to clean Soft Porous Surfaces. Their website states, "For soft (porous) surfaces such as carpeted floor, rugs, and drapes, remove visible contamination if present and clean with appropriate cleaners indicated for use on these surfaces."
Based on these recommendations, we use high quality cleaning products designed specifically for carpet, upholstery and rugs and rinse away contaminants from surfaces with water heated to 212 degrees (boiling) based on industry standards.

If you or a member of your family living with you feels sick please call us at 888-251-2911. We will gladly cancel your appointment. Please focus on the health of you and your family. When things are better we will gladly schedule you again.
Can Carpet Steamer 911 perform a cleaning service that will remove Coronavirus COVID-19 from my home?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We make no claims that any of our cleaning services will remove, kill or reduce Coronavirus COVID-19. We follow industry standards and follow direction given by the CDC to ensure we are doing our part to reduce the spread of this virus.
If I reschedule my appointment due to sickness, will my discount be honored at a later time?
Yes, when you call us, we will save the information under your account and retrieve it in the future when you call back to reschedule.
Will I be charged a cancellation fee for cancelling at the last minute due to illness?
Absolutely not! We understand and appreciate you protecting the health of our employees. We will gladly give you another appointment when you are feeling better.
